Our website does not use any tracking or analytics cookies of its own. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Third-party services embedded on the site (Calendly booking widget, Square payment widget) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.
PAD provides mobile vehicle diagnostic services. We identify and report on faults using professional diagnostic equipment. We do not carry out mechanical repairs.
If our diagnostic equipment is unable to identify any fault during the appointment, no charge will be made. This applies to the diagnostic process itself and does not apply where vehicle access is restricted, the vehicle is in an unsafe condition, or the appointment is cancelled by the customer.
Our diagnostic reports reflect the fault codes and data present in the vehicle at the time of the appointment. Fault codes can occasionally relate to multiple potential causes — our report identifies the most likely cause based on available data. We cannot guarantee that acting on our report will resolve every fault in every case.
No deposit is required and we do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled with at least 2 hours notice before the appointment time.
Travel is free within 10 miles of Pontypridd. Any travel charge for locations outside this radius is agreed in advance and will not be applied without your explicit agreement.
PAD's liability is limited to the cost of the diagnostic appointment. We are not liable for the cost of repairs, consequential losses, or any issues arising from third-party garage work carried out following our report.
