BMS reflashes, official firmware campaigns and technical service bulletins need the manufacturer's own tooling. That's dealer territory.
And no — an independent diagnostic doesn't void your warranty. Reading data from your car changes nothing about it. If a dealer suggests otherwise, ask them to point to the clause.
