Some dealers now have Aviloo units in-house. But a certificate issued by the seller carries less weight than one issued by an independent third party with no financial interest in the sale. Buyers know the difference — and increasingly ask for it.
PAD is a sole-trader, Aviloo-certified mobile technician — completely independent. Our certificates are issued under the same Aviloo system, but carry an independent third-party stamp that your own unit cannot replicate.
WhatsApp or email PAD with your EV stock list and site location.
PAD travels to your forecourt at a time that suits your operation.
3-minute Aviloo FLASH test per vehicle. Multiple cars tested in a single visit.
Official Aviloo certificates issued and emailed. Add to listings immediately.

PAD is a sole trader — no VAT added to any invoice. Prices below are per vehicle. Travel to your site is a one-off charge per visit, not per vehicle — making multi-car visits significantly more cost-effective.
Travel charge based on distance from Pontypridd. Calculated per visit, not per vehicle. Always quoted upfront before confirmation.
If you're moving enough EV stock, testing in-house can make sense — and PAD would rather have that conversation with you than watch you work it out alone. Talk to PAD first either way. Whichever route suits your volume, the certificate is the same Aviloo test.
A handful of EVs a year, or an occasional part-exchange you want checked before it goes on the forecourt. PAD comes to you — no unit, no subscription, no commitment.
Regular EV throughput and someone on site who can plug in a device. Your own unit may work out better. PAD can introduce you to the supplier and talk you through what it involves.
Still worth a conversation. PAD covers holidays, breakdowns and busy weeks, and an independently-issued certificate carries more weight with a cautious buyer than one you issue yourself.
PAD is not a reseller and does not supply Aviloo units. PAD has no involvement in any test result either way.
PAD covers dealerships across South Wales within a 60-mile radius of Pontypridd — Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, Merthyr, Caerphilly, Barry, Neath, Port Talbot, and beyond. Contact to confirm your location.
Yes. PAD issues invoices for trade customers. As a sole trader, no VAT is added. Payment by bank transfer or card on the day.
The Aviloo FLASH test takes approximately 3 minutes per vehicle. For a site visit covering multiple cars, allow around 20–30 minutes per vehicle including setup, connection, and certificate generation.
A Red Flag result means Aviloo detected an anomaly in the battery. PAD will explain the finding clearly. You then decide how to handle it — adjust pricing, investigate further, or disclose to buyers. PAD doesn't make repair recommendations or have any interest in the outcome.
Aviloo covers 1,000+ EV and PHEV models including Nissan Leaf, Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X, Kia e-Niro/EV6, Hyundai Ioniq 5/6, VW ID.3/ID.4, BMW i3/iX, Renault Zoe, and many more. Check your specific vehicle here.
PAD operates on weekday evenings and weekends. For dealer visits, WhatsApp or email to check availability — typically bookable within a week. For ongoing stock certification, a regular schedule can be arranged.
WhatsApp is the fastest route. Send your forecourt location, number of EVs, and preferred timing — PAD will come back with a quote and availability.
