Aviloo's latest software update adds 13 more vehicle variants to its FLASH battery test. PAD's test box updates itself overnight, so every one of them can be tested from today, on your driveway anywhere in South Wales.

Most of this batch is big, expensive and new: large-battery EVs that are only now starting to reach the used market as ex-lease and ex-demonstrator cars. That is exactly when an independent battery report is worth having, because nobody yet knows how these packs age.

To be straight about it: the two Chevrolets are US models and you will rarely see one on a Welsh road. They are listed because Aviloo covers them, not because we expect many bookings.

The Ones That Matter Here

  • Polestar 3 and Volvo EX90: the 106 kWh versions join the 111 kWh versions already covered. Both share the same underlying platform, and both are among the most expensive batteries you can buy second-hand.
  • Lotus Emeya: all three versions, joining the Eletre SUV that was added in June.
  • Bentley Continental GT and GTC: the new plug-in hybrid generation, alongside the Flying Spur hybrid already on the list.
  • Mercedes-AMG GT 55: the electric four-door AMG.

Why a Battery Report Matters More on These Cars

The battery is the most expensive part of any EV, and on a 100 kWh-plus pack the difference between a healthy battery and a tired one is worth thousands at resale. A dashboard range estimate will not tell you which one you are looking at.
